Included with every YM-10: the chaff collector, the logging software (it logs your roast curves and works with Artisan and Cropster), and training at our Clearwater shop. We roast with you and walk you through the install.
Factory options (priced with your quote): drum speed control, exhaust speed control, 220 V 50 Hz build, custom work. We install it and we warranty it. Nothing bolted on by someone else.
