The site is information, not a contract. Machine specs, prices, monthly figures, and stock notes can change without notice. A purchase happens through a written quote and invoice from us, and those documents control, not this website.

The calculators are planning help, not promises. Our free tools do math on the numbers you type in, using simplified formulas and built-in assumptions we chose. Results depend on both. The built-in assumptions are general models: they may not fit your equipment, your costs, or your market, and we do not promise that the formulas, defaults, or results are error-free. Results are estimates. They are not financial, legal, tax, safety, or engineering advice, and they are not a promise of earnings, savings, capacity, or dates. You agree not to rely on any result without independently verifying the numbers that matter to you, and decisions you make based on a result are your own.

Financing figures. Monthly figures shown on this site come through outside lenders, for qualified buyers, and the lender's own documents control the actual terms. We are not a lender.

The warranty is its own document. Nothing on this site expands the machine warranty. The warranty document that ships with the machine controls.

Our content. The text, photos, drawings, and tools on this site belong to AMBEX Coffee Roasters & Grinders, Inc. You may print tool results and pages for your own business use. Do not copy the site, scrape it in bulk, or pass our content off as yours.

Acceptable use. Do not attack, overload, or attempt to break the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Outside links and services. Links to other sites, and services like Google, Meta, Formspree, and Cloudflare, run under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

No warranty on the website itself. The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but we do not promise it will be error free or uninterrupted.

Limit on liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from the website or its tools is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing here limits the machine warranty or anything the law does not let us limit.

Where disputes go. Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of this website or these terms must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waive any objection to them.

Changes. If these terms change, the new version goes here with a new date.
