YM-5. The working roastery's workhorse.
Five kilos a batch, five batches an hour, and it plugs into a normal wall outlet. The YM-5 is the machine a first roastery grows into, not out of. Simple gas drum roasting, with a listed gas safety control and data logging built in.

Every YM-5 is finished in our Clearwater shop. The internals all come from US companies: the motors, the gas train, the wiring, and the controls. They go in by hand, into a steel body built in Türkiye. Before it ships, we roast coffee on it. Every machine, every time.
It runs on its own normal 120 V, 15 A circuit. Cord and plug. No panel work for the machine itself. Export builds in 220 V, 50 Hz can be made.

Included with every YM-5: the chaff collector, the logging software (it logs your roast curves and works with Artisan and Cropster), and training at our Clearwater shop. We roast with you and walk you through the install.
